Cancelling or Modifying an Order

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving Uurna. In this case, return the urn to us in its original packaging. If the cancellation or change is not due to our error or a product defect, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns must be in the same condition as upon receipt, unused, and in the original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within ten business days. Note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund before it appears on your account. If the refund has not arrived within 15 business days after the return is approved, please email us at: info@uurnauurna.com

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if Uurna is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will determine the best way to resolve the issue.
