SHIPPING & RETURNS

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping costs are included in the price of Uurna. We process your order within two business days and ship within five business days of processing. When our workload allows, we often process and dispatch orders the same day. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking code once your Uurna has been shipped.

We ship to the nearest Posti (or other carrier) service point or parcel locker. If you prefer a specific pickup point or locker, please note this in the order’s additional information field.

We can also ship Uurna directly to a funeral home. In that case, please provide the funeral home’s contact details and the name of the deceased.

 

Shipping Outside Finland

We want to launch Uurna sales in a controlled way and take the time to refine our processes. For this reason, during 2025 we accept online orders only from Finland. If you would like to order Uurna for delivery abroad, please contact us directly—we will do our best to accommodate your request. Regular deliveries within the EU are scheduled to begin in January 2026.

 

Cancelling or Modifying an Order

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email info@uurnauurna.com.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving Uurna. In this case, return the item to us in its original packaging. If the cancellation or change is not due to our error or a defect in the product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within ten business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund before it appears on your account. If you have not received the refund within 15 business days of the return being approved, please email info@uurnauurna.com.

 

Damaged Uurna?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if Uurna is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will determine the best way to resolve the issue.
